Well done to Pat Malone continuing his fantastic 2016 with bronze in the 800m and silver in the 1500m in Tullamore. Pat is an inspiration to many of us and continues to get better and better! Don’t have any pictures from Tullamore yet but below is Pat in action in our own road race in June.
