Team Keenan! Father and son Albert and Dave Keenan competed today in Athlone at the Leinster Indoor Championships. Congratulation and well done to Albert who won gold in 3000m O/65 in 12:43 (PB), Gold in the 1500m and silver in the 800m. Dave won silver in 3000m O/35 in 9:11 (PB) and silver in the 1500m.
